Vesomni

You should take one Vesomni tablet daily, preferably at the same time each day. Swallow the tablet whole with water, without chewing or crushing it. It is recommended to take Vesomni with food to reduce the risk of side effects. Do not exceed the prescribed dosage, and if you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember unless it is almost time for your next dose. In case of any concerns or persistent side effects, consult your healthcare provider.

Each Vesomni tablet contains 6 mg of solifenacin succinate and 0.4 mg of tamsulosin hydrochloride as the active ingredients. The tablet also includes excipients such as lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, and magnesium stearate.

Common side effects of Vesomni may include dry mouth, constipation, blurred vision, and dizziness. Serious side effects that require immediate medical attention include severe allergic reactions, chest pain, and prolonged or painful erections (priapism). If you experience any of these severe side effects, seek medical help right away.

Do not take Vesomni if you have a history of hypersensitivity to solifenacin, tamsulosin, or any other ingredients in the tablet. Inform your doctor about any existing medical conditions, especially if you have severe liver or kidney problems. Vesomni may not be suitable for individuals with certain heart conditions or those taking medications that can interact with solifenacin or tamsulosin. Always consult with your healthcare provider before starting Vesomni, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a history of orthostatic hypotension.
