Tadalafil

Each Tadalafil tablet contains 20 mg of tadalafil as the active ingredient. The tablet also contains excipients such as lactose monohydrate, croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropyl cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium lauryl sulfate, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, triacetin, titanium dioxide (E171), and iron oxide yellow (E172).

Common side effects of Tadalafil may include headache, indigestion, back pain, muscle aches, flushing, stuffy or a runny nose. Serious side effects that require immediate medical attention include priapism (an erection lasting more than four hours), sudden vision loss, and severe allergic reactions.

Do not take Tadalafil if you are allergic to tadalafil or any other ingredients in the medication. It is important to inform your doctor about any medical conditions you have, especially if you have heart problems or are taking medications like nitrates for chest pain. Tadalafil is not intended for use by women or children. If you have a history of certain conditions like sickle cell anemia or have a penile implant, Tadalafil may not be suitable for you.
