For certain treatments, we may ask you to verify your identity. This helps ensure that medication is prescribed safely and that the request is made by the correct person.

After payment for your consultation, you may be asked to verify your identity. Until the ID verification is completed, your request remains pending and cannot yet be reviewed by a doctor.

You can complete the verification within 6 days. After this period, your order will automatically expire.

After payment, the verification process starts automatically.

• If you order via desktop, scan the QR code using your phone's camera. Do not use a separate QR code scanner app, as this does not work.
• If you order via mobile, you will continue directly in the verification process.

You will then take or upload a photo of your identity document, followed by a photo of your face. Once the verification is successful, you will receive confirmation. 

The ID verification is a one-time process and only needs to be repeated when your identity document expires.

You can use a valid identity document such as:

• passport
• identity card

Make sure the document is clearly visible and still valid.

If the ID verification is not completed, a doctor cannot review your request. If the verification is not completed within 6 days, your order will automatically expire.

Yes. You can complete the verification later through your MyDoctoronline account by opening your order and starting the ID verification again.

Yes. You will need a phone to take or upload a photo of your identity document. If you place your order on a computer, you will first scan a QR code with your phone to continue the verification.

For the verification process we work with Checkin.com, a specialised and certified digital identity verification provider. Your data is processed securely and encrypted in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
