You should take Mysimba exactly as prescribed by your healthcare provider. The usual starting dose is one tablet in the morning for the first week, then you may increase to one tablet in the morning and one in the evening. Do not take more than two tablets twice a day. Common side effects of Mysimba include nausea, constipation, headache, dizziness, and insomnia. Serious side effects may include seizures, high blood pressure, liver problems, and allergic reactions.
