About CagriSema
What is CagriSema?
CagriSema is a new medication for overweight and obesity that consists of two active ingredients: semaglutide and cagrilintide. The treatment is being developed as a weekly subcutaneous injection. This medication may help individuals feel less hungry, consume less food, and consequently lose weight. In studies involving type 2 diabetes, its impact on blood sugar levels is also being investigated. The drug remains in the clinical research phase and has therefore not yet been approved or made available in the European Union. We will provide updates as soon as there are any developments.
