The editorial team of Doctoronline

The editorial team is responsible for almost all the texts you see on Doctoronline. These include articles, product pages, category pages, and other informational pages on the website.  

Sometimes we write texts ourselves. At other times, we edit or review existing texts for language, structure, clarity, and writing style. Our aim is to make medical information as clear and easy to understand as possible, enabling everyone to make informed decisions about their own health.

Texts on Doctoronline are created through a structured and meticulous process.  

• Some topics are selected by us based on the information needs of users. Other topics are provided internally and further developed by the editorial team.
• We base our work on guidelines, scientific sources, and practical information, supplemented with input from the Medical Advisory Board.
• The editorial team writes and edits the texts, focusing on clear structure and searchability.
• This followed by an internal review to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Medical texts are then reviewed by the Medical Advisory Board.
• After publication, we periodically review and update the texts.

All medical texts on Doctoronline are reviewed by the Medical Advisory Board. This independent board is composed of experienced doctors and pharmacists who assess the medical content of our texts.  

In addition, the editorial team maintains monthly contact with the Medical Advisory Board. During these meetings, we discuss current developments in society and in the various countries where Doctoronline operates. This ensures that we continue to provide information that is relevant, up to date, and useful.
